About Dr. Satish Billa
Dr. Satish Billa is The Lead Consultant Neonatologist and Paediatrician at Orange Hospital, Tirupati. He has high credentials of active Clinical Practise combined with a long history of Motivational Leadership roles and a track record of achievements in Paediatrics and Neonatology. He completed MBBS at Kurnool Medical College in Andhra Pradesh, India and gained further Advanced Training in the United Kingdom. He is an accredited Member of Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health since 2008. He gained experience in various Sub Specialities of Paediatrics and completed Fellowship in Neonatology. He worked at Internationally reputed Hospitals in London and completed Higher Specialist Training from the prestigious University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff. Overall, he has 12 years of UK experience. He was a practising Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist in the United Kingdom before he decided to move back and serve The Home Country. He is an enthusiastic educationalist, who was involved in shaping and improving Paediatric Training Programme in Wales and actively contributed to RCPCH trainee committee. He is a Trainer for MRCPCH candidates. His research experience and articles are published in the Peer Reviewed Journals. He has been a speaker at International level and also received award for Best Oral presentation at International Conference. He has great passion for teaching and actively teaches junior doctors, MRCPCH and DNB students.
